Not in the Netherlands? We’ll host the same session on AI in Copenhagen (12 April), Oslo (25 April), and Stockholm (27 April). Click on your city to get more information and register.
What is Merkle Mornings?
A Merkle Morning is an executive brief about digital transformation. Think of it as 90 minutes of carefully curated thought leadership at a central venue. Sign up and show up to enjoy coffee, croissants, and an expert keynote speaker – either from outside Merkle or from within our own ranks.
Who's it for?
The inspirational sessions are targeted specifically at curious-but-busy senior-level clients, contacts, and partners.
Why AI?
Being a core feature of organisational transformation, AI is closely linked to the first of the 3 imperatives we describe in ‘Designing Tomorrow’s Experiences Today’, our annual analysis of the CX domain:
“Each piece of technology in your CX tech stack requires human input and the skills to support it. Each piece of data gathered must be stored in a central, cloud-based environment. The people who build your CX organisation and sell its vision must have the technical and marketing acumen to pull it off flawlessly, profitably, and with an ethical lens that will set your brand up for the future.”
Exploring the rapidly growing discipline takes an in-depth analysis of the dynamic relationship between people and frontier technology. At Merkle, we combine our CX expertise with generative AI to make business solutions that solve complex challenges and add value. You can download the report here.
