Merkle B2B Taps Heather Scott to Front Growing Integrated Strategy Division

Merkle (www.merkle.com), a leading technology-enabled, data-driven customer experience management (CXM) company, announced today that its global B2B marketing organization, Merkle B2B, has named Heather Scott to the role of Chief Strategy Officer, Merkle B2B, Americas. Scott will spearhead a fast-growing integrated strategy team as Merkle B2B looks to enhance its industry-leading B2B offerings across all company services lines.

Scott brings a wealth of client and agency experience, having worked for leading brands including Amazon, Microsoft, Intel, T-Mobile, HP Group Health, and Expedia. Prior to joining Merkle B2B, she played a prominent role in leading the Google B2B strategy at WPP and Essence, where oversaw a team of strategists and account-based marketing consultants focused on strategy, insights, trends, and integrated go-to-market (GTM) planning.  

Merkle B2B’s expanding Americas Strategy team will follow Scott’s lead in driving an integrated approach across the organization’s offerings spanning creative, media, and research. She will also be responsible for connecting the remainder of the company’s business marketing solutions and talent, within dentsu and Merkle/CXM, to deliver a full suite of B2B strategy solutions.
