Wonderchef achieves 300% Increment in Order Volume

Objective

Wonderchef is a leader in cooking & kitchen appliances. Maximizing sales with controlling costs of sales was a key objective. Particularly challenging with a Diwali sale coming in.

Strategy

The consumer intent varies significantly based on their stage in the purchase lifecycle on marketplaces. A full-funnel approach is required to lead the users to their next stage, eventually resulting in improved conversion rates.

To exercise this approach, we bucketed the prospects in 3 categories, namely - (1) Impulse driven (2) Category Aware (3) Brand Aware

For
Impulse Purchases, we aggressively bid for top ranking keywords. This helped us occupy most placements & market the product better!

For
category-aware customers, we bid heavily on competitor keywords such as Bosch, Phillips, Prestige.

To stay relevant amongst the competition, we redirected the
brand-aware consumers to Wonderchef’s Amazon Store Page (which was built from the ground up).


 

Execution

To increase the sale of Wonderchef’s Mixer Grinders sustainably, we implemented the below:

Aggressive bidding for top-performing keywords such as Mixer Grinder, Food Processor, Mixer, etc.

We also exercised Product Targeting, which allowed us to display our Sponsored Product ads on other ASIN pages and in category search results. This helped increase reach on the platform!

High engaging video ad-formats were deployed so that the consumers could know more about the products in less time, resulting in better conversions.
