FARMCARE achieves 123% Increment in App Installs through Progressive ASO strategy

Strategy & Execution
- Active users were dropping off and uninstalling the app, to solve for this our team analyzed and proposed the brand to set-up a robust feedback mechanism. Our intent was to build a help center for the customers to resolve their queries and stay retained for longer.
- To get an understanding of the varied market trends in the agricultural niche, we performed in-depth competitor analysis . Through consistent competitor gap analysis and keyword research, we added branded and non-branded keywords, and achieved 2.3% avg increment in non-branded organic queries in 7 months.
- To reach the right audience with the right messaging we performed an A/B Test of Short and Long descriptions to identify the best performing sets of assets for ranking and engagement.
- In-app feature enhancement recommendations like demographic targeting and vernacular languages were shared to boost customer experience.
- To improve user journey between the store listing visit and a successful app install, we wanted to maintain a credible brand image of the app in the digital space. We conducted Monthly Sentimental Analysis to understand customer’s expectations of the app and solve for the gaps and shortfalls in user experience.
- We worked on customer reviews and recommendations; through this we enhanced the app’s features and increased its rating 3.5 to 4.1 in just 7 months.
