The theme of this year's CRM Executive Summit is "CRM 2.0: Optimizing your Customer Portfolio." Revered for excellence and thought leadership, the Summit offers forward-thinking perspectives from Merkle experts, together with some of the nation's leading consumer and b-to-b marketers. This year's sessions will include topics such as contact optimization, leveraging eCRM to drive loyalty, using SEO to drive results, online brand activation, and the art of digital story telling. All are designed to help attendees maximize the mutual benefits of their customer relationships.
Keynote speakers for this year's event are Jim Warner, board member, investor and consultant focusing on digital media and marketing, Fred Neil, accomplished CRM specialist and Executive Director of Dell's global CRM initiatives and, delivering an intensive session on customer centricity, Dave Frankland, Vice President and Principal Analyst for Forrester Research, Inc.
Mr. Warner has spent 30 years in the media business, including roles as Executive Vice President at Razorfish, Executive Committee Member at aQuantive- Avenue A, President, Primedia Magazine Group at Primedia, President, Television Network at CBS and President, CBS Enterprises at CBS. Mr. Neil has more than 20 years of demonstrated accomplishments in consulting services and client side experience. He was formerly Sr. Vice President, Marketing Strategy at Mu Sigma, President at Spectrum Management Associates and Vice President, Client Leaderhip at dunnhumby. Mr. Frankland serves customer intelligence professionals, helping companies to better leverage customer knowledge to improve marketing and business performance. His background includes roles such as Vice President, Corporate Communications at DoubleClick and Director, at strategic communications consultancy Niehaus Ryan Wong.
