Senior Experience Architect

Creative & Experience

Copenhagen

About the job

The purpose of this role is to be a creative problem solver who is passionate about creating experiences that spark emotional resonance while delivering measurable value through digital solutions.

As a Senior Experience Architect, you will get to work on projects at all stages: from pitching and defining the project scope and process, to conceptualising and shaping the solution, and finally refining it for development. You’ll work closely with colleagues across disciplines to translate insights and requirements into solutions that balance business objectives with user needs, for both B2B and B2C clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in shaping project scope and process to create most value for our clients
  • Conduct research, stakeholder interviews, and workshops to uncover insights and requirements
  • Analyse and translate findings into clear solution directions, concepts, and frameworks
  • Create viable experience architecture for complex client projects
  • Create journey maps, service blueprints, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma
  • Refine solutions for handover to development, ensuring clarity and feasibility
  • Collaborate closely with visual designers, developers, strategists, and other crafts
  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients, building strong long-term relationships
  • Communicate confidently with senior stakeholders through structured presentations, while also maintaining ongoing day-to-day dialogue with client teams
  • Mentor and brief more junior colleagues in the craft team
  • Contribute to new business activities and pitches when needed

What we’re looking for

  • 4+ years of UX/experience design or similar role, preferably in an agency/consultancy setting
  • Proven experience designing solutions grounded in both user insights and business requirements
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills, comfortable with both executive-level presentations and daily client dialogue
  • Accountability, drive and curiosoty
  • Familiarity with UX methods such as journey mapping, user testing, and concepting
  • Proficiency in Figma as the main design and collaboration tool
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to connect research, business, and design into coherent solutions

We value accountability over any amount of experience a designer could have. We seek people eager to get their hands “dirty” with any type of projects, willing to gain experience and grow as persons and professionals.

What we offer

  • A workplace in central Copenhagen with a collaborative and informal culture
  • Competitive pension scheme and health insurance
  • Breakfast, lunch, unlimited coffee & tea, and Friday bars
  • Hybrid work model with flexible remote days
  • A wide range of social activities: wine tastings, game nights, summer and Christmas parties
  • Clear opportunities for professional growth, mentoring, and development programs

Benefits:

  • A nice pension scheme + health insurance
  • Weekly Friday bars (yup, your weekend buzz is on us!)
  • Breakfast and lunch at our office
  • Flexible work model with remote workday options
  • An unlimited amount of coffee, tea and supportive colleagues
  • Wine tasting, coffee club, game nights, grand parties, fun events

We have employees who've stayed with us for 5, 10, 15, and even 20 years! There's room for you to be yourself, including dressing however you like.
