Merkle helps L’Oreal launch multiple brands
Challenge
With continuously expanding beauty lines, L’Oréal sought to launch multiple brands with similar commerce solutions, but create individualised, highly branded customer experiences for each. It sought to retain the old-world apothecary feel of its Kiehl’s-branded products while also observing the luxurious, refined experience of Lancôme – all under one roof.
Approach
Optimising the Clarisonic conversion path, we designed a fluid, single-page checkout to streamline the purchase experience. Responsive email templates with dynamic content and segmentation were designed for multiple brands. A shade finder for Urban Decay guides and simplifies the selection liquid foundation.
