Art Director/Designer CRM
Job Description:
We're searching for an Art Director/Designer hybrid to join our Promotions, Loyalty and Messaging CRM team. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will art direct, design and create digital first data-driven work across messaging channels including email, push, in-app experiences, loyalty-led promotions and gamification while satisfying the branding requirements of our clients.
- You will be hands on as the lead designer, including concepts, design systems, modular email templates, etc.
- You will develop on-brand creative activations rooted in strategy that serve as a framework for bringing art and messaging to life for specific audiences, across channels.
- You will partner with our teams to create concepts that enhance response strategies and achieve client goals.
- You understand unique audiences and creating content that is relevant to each.
- You will stay current with the latest trends and technologies and have experience designing content for ESPs such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- You will present work both internally and to our clients while building client relationships.
- You have a love for what’s happening in culture, and across various industries, including QSR
Qualifications:
- 3 years minimum Art Direction experience in CRM, digital promotions and channels
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, Graphic Design, Marketing or related field, required; in lieu of degree, equivalent experience in a relevant field required
- Adept designing in Figma
- Working knowledge of web usability/accessibility, ESP technologies, and development methods
- Brand development experience
Additional Information
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $68,000 – $110,400. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
