About the Role
We’re looking for a collaborative and strategic Vice President of Program Management to lead the delivery of complex, high-impact marketing initiatives for global enterprise clients. What You’ll Do
Strategic Leadership
- Lead program delivery for our most strategic client relationships, managing portfolios valued at $10–30M annually.
- Serve as a senior advisor to client stakeholders, helping shape marketing transformation and business growth strategies.
- Support new business efforts through pitch presentations and RFP responses.
- Build alignment across diverse stakeholder groups and drive consensus on strategic initiatives.
- Champion a culture of excellence, inclusion, and continuous learning within the program management team.
Operational & Financial Oversight
- Oversee forecasting, resource planning, and budget management across programs.
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and enhance client value.
- Collaborate with Finance and Operations to develop pricing strategies and commercial models.
- Manage vendor relationships and partnerships that support program success.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with leaders across Creative, Strategy, Data & Analytics, Technology, and CRM to ensure cohesive program execution.
- Work with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to ensure programs meet regulatory standards.
- Align with regional and global teams to maintain consistent delivery practices.
- Lead initiatives that promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence across the organization.
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Education
- 15+ years of experience in program/project management within marketing, advertising, consulting, or related fields.
- 5+ years in leadership roles managing program teams.
- Experience overseeing large-scale program portfolios ($10M+ annually).
- Background working with enterprise clients and leading global initiatives.
Leadership & Communication
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable plans.
- Skilled in budget management, operational improvement, and team development.
- Strong communicator with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable navigating complex organizational structures and leading change.
Technical & Industry Knowledge
- Familiarity with program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and frameworks (SAFe, PMI).
- Understanding of marketing technology ecosystems, including CRM, automation, analytics, and emerging AI/ML tools.
- Knowledge of integrated marketing across digital, social, traditional, and experiential channels.
- Awareness of global data privacy and compliance standards.
Client & Business Development
- Experience building and sustaining long-term client relationships.
- Skilled in identifying growth opportunities and expanding client partnerships.
- Comfortable leading RFPs, pitches, and contract negotiations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent.
- Experience across multiple industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare, retail, tech, CPG).
- Background in consulting or digital transformation.
- International experience and cultural fluency.
- Prior experience in agency networks (e.g., WPP, Publicis, Omnicom, IPG, Dentsu).
The annual salary range for this position is $163,000-$263,350. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
