Job Description:

As Director of Loyalty and Promotions Strategy, you will report to the Senior Director and lead the design of next-generation loyalty programs that build lasting consumer relationships. You will set strategic direction and define programs for global brands like Coca-Cola, Starbucks, and L'Oréal, combining marketing expertise with business analysis. Collaborating with strategy colleagues, you will deliver consulting engagements across a dynamic client portfolio. You will join a creative, fast-growing team that blends consulting insight with marketing flair, helping create impactful work and strengthen our market leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • You will lead consulting engagements across discovery, strategy, design, user experience, business case, and road-mapping.
  • You will apply your expertise in loyalty, engagement, customer experience, strategy, and CRM to lead client value.
  • You will define strategies that create meaningful engagement and lasting emotional connections across the customer lifecycle.
  • You will use data and analytics to identify opportunities, build business cases, and define success metrics.
  • You will foster collaboration with teams across creative, technology, data insights, and account management.
  • You will build client relationships and influence important decision-makers.
  • You will maintain subject matter expertise in loyalty trends, best practices, and expertise.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years in a strategic role within consulting, marketing agencies, or Fortune 500 marketing leadership
  • Expertise in loyalty, customer experience, engagement, strategy, and CRM

The annual salary range for this position is $113,000 - $182,850 annually. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, and other factors permitted by law.
