Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Business Analyst with strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and solid experience across other Salesforce products. The Senior BA will act as the bridge between business needs and technology, driving scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage complex requirements in a fast-paced, Agile/Scrum environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements across Salesforce Sales Cloud and related platforms.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, process flows, and “As-Is/To-Be” documentation.
• Evaluate the impact, benefits, and risks of proposed solutions; provide effort estimates and ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Collaborate closely with business teams, architects, system analysts, and technical leads to ensure alignment between requirements and solutions.
• Support change management activities by working with business owners, change managers, and end users to ensure solutions are understood and adopted.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and backlog refinement meetings to align priorities and guide solution design.
• Assist QA teams with defect analysis and validate that delivered functionality meets defined business requirements.
• Identify and recommend process improvements for both project delivery and BAU operations.
Required Qualifications
• 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, including at least 3 years focused on Salesforce CRM.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud (must-have); Marketing Cloud experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce features such as automation (flows, validation rules), reporting, and dashboards.
• Proven track record of requirement gathering, documentation, and solution evaluation in Agile/Scrum projects.
• Familiarity with integrations, AppExchange solutions, and Salesforce data management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Salesforce certifications (Business Analyst, Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or equivalent) preferred.
Preferred Skills
• Exposure to Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, or Industry Clouds.
• Experience in enterprise-level or multi-cloud Salesforce implementations.
• Knowledge of change management, UAT coordination, and adoption strategies.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at senior levels and lead requirement workshops.
