Education

• Strong understanding of QA methodologies (manual and automated testing). 

• Experience with fullstack testing (frontend, backend, APIs, databases). 

• Proficiency in automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright). 

• API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured. 

• CI/CD integration for automated test execution (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI). 

• Experience with version control systems (Git). 

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Ability to write clear and concise test plans, test cases, and defect reports. 

• Experience in managing outsourced QA teams and coordinating across time zones. 

Experience 

• 5+ years of experience in software QA roles. 

• 2+ years of experience leading QA efforts for fullstack applications. 

• Experience in test automation and DevOps-aligned QA practices. 

Good-to-Have Qualifications & Skills 

Education 

• Certifications: ISTQB, Certified Agile Tester, or equivalent. 

Skills 

• Performance and load testing using JMeter, Gatling, or similar tools. 

• Security testing fundamentals (e.g., OWASP Top 10). 

• Experience with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes). 

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for test environments. 

• Familiarity with BDD frameworks (Cucumber, SpecFlow). 

• Use of test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr). 

• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, ELK Stack) for production validation.
