Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead and mentor a team of 2-3 developers working on Python Fast API and React projects. 

• Oversee the development and maintenance of web applications. 

• Ensure adherence to software development best practices and coding standards. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features. 

• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. 

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and team performance. 

• Identify and resolve technical challenges and bottlenecks. 

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. 

• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment. 

Required Qualifications: 

Experience: 

• Overall, 4-6 years’ experience, with at least 2 years in Tech lead roles. 

• Strong background in Software Development and familiarity with tools and technologies used in this space. 

• Demonstrated experience delivering features incrementally in Agile environments. 

Skills: 

Must Have: 

• Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar role. 

• Strong proficiency in Python FastAPI and API development. 

• Solid experience with React and its core principles. 

• Good understanding of SQL/No-SQL databases and ORM Technologies 

• Knowledge of software development best practices and design patterns. 

• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). 

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

Nice To Have: 

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). 

• Proficiency with containerization tools (Docker). 

• Strong understanding of unit testing and performance testing tools 

• Understanding of GPT conversational APIs 

Education: 

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar area.
