Job Description:

Lead role in building/implementing analytics capability, analytics best practices, and collaboration among departments; Gain an in-depth knowledge of a client's website architecture, online business model, and online marketing strategy; Gather, document and help form/guide client business requirements, key performance indicators and other functional and/or technical requirements; Design customized solutions, technical tag implementation strategies based on predictive models/solutions to optimize customer journey and engagement; Manage and Generate customized web analytic collection code into Tag management system (LAUNCH and GTM) for a variety of clients and assist in installing and customizing the Adobe and Google analytics reports to match business objective; Advise and lead data integration efforts with Data Management Platforms (e.g. Adobe Audience Manager, Oracle DMP) for top and bottom line growth of the programmatic display and Facebook DPA and CRM campaigns to achieve incremental sales, ROI and total contribution goals; Heavy manipulation of JavaScript as needed to customize web analytic solutions; Maintain and build tagging and data structures across digital properties utilizing data-layers; Research, evaluate, and recommend analytics strategies based on industry trends; Stay current with technology changes and updates for software and frameworks; Predict Customer Purchase Behavior to set optimal prices for sale day and holiday season; maximizing revenue; Design and optimize detection algorithms/rules in Digital Marketing based on extensive data mining and statistical analyses; Interact frequently with clients via phone, email, and/or in-person-including interaction with marketers, analysts, web developers, and C-level executives; and Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure professional delivery of technical implementations.

Qualifications:

Must have experience with the following in order to complete the above-mentioned tasks: Advanced analytics and insights development experience; Knowledgeable of multiple technology platforms (CMS, CRM, marketing automation, enterprise analytics, etc.) and how they are best utilized for client success; Experience in end-to-end analytics implementation platforms; Proficiency in JavaScript for Adobe and Google Analytics as well as an understanding of HTML as it relates to analytics implementation; Implementation and deployment of Data extraction (SQL/NoSQL) code and Python script to effectively execute analytics strategies; Experience utilizing Adobe Launch interface to develop global implementation of Adobe and Google Analytics for use across various web properties and product applications; Experience developing new code and modify existing code using JavaScript, jQuery, data layers, tag management, data structures such as JSON and XML, web page life cycle, web browser developer tools to effectively execute web analytics strategies; Experience troubleshooting issues with sites and applications, diagnosing problems with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, JavaScript, Observe Point Software and Adobe Launch; Experience performing exploratory data analysis, data cleaning, feature engineering, resource optimization using R, PL-SQL, SAS, Python (e.g. pandas, statsmodels, sklearn) and RapidMiner; Experience evaluating models using Machine Learning algorithms such as Regression, Random Forest, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) using Regularization and cross – validation techniques to build a robust predictive model; and Advanced knowledge in the use of Magento (Theme customization, Magento Modules and MVC Architecture) and the methods by which they can be used to effectively optimize online businesses. Requires a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics or a closely related computer technology field and at least one (1) year of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst or related occupation. In the alternative, the company will accept a bachelor’s degree and at least five (5) years of experience in the above-mentioned field and occupation. Certifications required: Adobe Certified Expert and Datorama Certified. Itinerant employment - employee may be required to work at various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Option to work from home.
