Ensure successful project completion by liaising with clients to understand project briefs, defining milestones, mitigating risks and analyzing key project metrics. Ownership of the assigned project(s) under limited guidance of the supervisor
Setup and implement new and on-going projects by building a project plan with clear timelines for each milestone.
Check feasibility of project execution and flag any concerns at the start. During execution, proactively identify project risks and develop risk mitigation plans.
Provide timely status reports, project analysis and recommendations. Analyze project metrics to improve performance and ensure key metrics such as project profitability are met or exceed established guidelines.
Liaise with client and internal team to ensure seamless execution of projects. Thus, aiming to consistently exceed client expectations from project inception through completion
Ensure that all projects are completed within budget and in a timely manner
Bachelors or Masters in Management Specialization in Marketing
Minimum 3 years of experience in project management and client servicing
Prior experience in market research domain/ industry
Experience in online surveys with advanced skills in sampling, quota design, field management is mandatory
Prior experience working with international clients
Proficient in MS office (MS Excel/ PPT in particular)
Hands-on experience in data collection tools like Fulcrum or Pure Spectrum is preferred
Willingness to work in client specific timezones
National / international travel maybe required as per business needs
