Job Description:

Looking for 6 to 10 years of total experience, with some experience in the Market Research (MR) domain highly preferred.

This person will act as an Implementation Consultant and will serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Clients thus helping them plan, execute & implement their Internal (Employee Experience) & External (Customer Experience) Surveys. This person will ensure that the timelines for the projects & the objectives set by our Clients are always met.

Key Responsibilities:
 Be the front-facing and single point of contact from Ugam to lead the Implementation
 Design and document functional and technical requirements and help scope projects by understanding timelines and deliverables
 Solve complex technical implementations both independently and in a team environment
 Train end-clients on specific use cases and new aspects of the Experience Management (XM) Platform and related solutions
 Review the final solution from the clients’ best practices perspective and provide recommendation for efficient implementation of solutions
 Monitor and review progress for timely implementation of all programs/projects
 Continually adapt and develop product knowledge and learn new technologies
 Be a key contributor to the growth of the relationship for Ugam with the client
 Overall experience of 6+ years with prior experience/exposure to Market Research domain preferred
 Technical bend of mind - prior experience in Implementation of Software/Technical Products
 Excellent Communication skills - prior experience in Client Communication (both written as well as verbal)
 The person should have a Solutioning mindset

Working in Client Time zones i.e EST/CST/MST/PST is a Must


Any Graduate or Masters (IT & CS)/Business degree

Additional Information:

Knowledge of Survey Programming (SP) tools like Askia, ConfirmIT, Decipher, Dimension or any other is preferable.
 Client Handling & Project Management, specifically supporting the European & US geographies is highly preferred.
 Knowledge of jQuery/Javascript/HTML
