Job Description:

Drive design and development for omni-channel decisioning solutions using Decisioning Platforms like Pega Marketing and HCL Unica Interact, including leading and providing support to every member of the development team, ensuring delivered work meets technical, functional, performance and business requirements, and utilizing best practices and technical experience to deliver optimized solutions; Provide thought-leadership to clients across business and technical project teams solving complex business requirements; Work in conjunction with the Project Manager to size requirements, manage scope and risk; Serve as a member of the account leadership team, provide timely status updates; Lead tier 3 troubleshooting solutions; and People management of team members.

Qualifications:

Must have experience with the following in order to complete the above-mentioned tasks:

  • Development experience with Pega Marketing and Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) applications and the integration into complex technical architecture;
  • Experience with Data Flow, Data Set, Strategy and Proposition Filter rules;
  • Experience with adaptive modeling; Understanding of Java, SQL, XML, and real time decisioning;
  • Understanding of the principles behind Object-Oriented programming languages;
  • Experience in design and implementation of Pega solutions, including leadership role in design to develop shared/reusable enterprise rules and workflow components within Pega;
  • Experience in designing enterprise class structure and foundational components;
  • Experience with n-tier, database and client server design/development;
  • Experience in omni-channel marketing/marketing technology project and/or implementation work;
  • Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle and Project Delivery Process, including both waterfall and agile approaches; and
  • Experience scoping, planning and delivering projects using iterative software development lifecycles over multiple release cycles.
  • Requires a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science or related field and at least one (1) year of experience as Technical Architect or related occupation.

Domestic travel required (Birmingham, AL and Atlanta, GA)(10%). Itinerant employment - employee may be required to work at various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $102,648-180,000. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
