As part of a global expansion strategy, the company has set up a key Sofia technology team of Software Architects, Software Developers, QA Engineers, Project Managers, and Technical Support Specialists. To support this strategy, we are currently looking for talented people for the role of:

Recruitment Marketing Specialist 

Job Description:

Unlike traditional marketing, you won’t be promoting our products—you’ll be promoting the value of working for our company to help us attract great candidates who fit our culture and can support our mission. You will support our Merkle Bulgaria TA Team on end-to-end recruitment marketing campaigns that build brand awareness and drive applications from our main talent segments. You will work across various digital channels, including careers website, social media and email marketing - creating relevant and engaging content. Social media channels will be your favourite tool to attract potential candidates, and our ATS will be your best support in nurturing the relationship with them. You will select the most relevant events and conferences to present the company brand, give our TA team the tools to engage the community during them, and design and plan recruitment events. You will understand the IT sector well and know how to engage professionals. You understand well the terms ‘candidate experience’ and ‘candidate engagement and you are willing to contribute to both.



  • Experience in one of the fields or combination: Marketing, Recruitment, Human Resources, Public Relations
  • Good understanding of social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok) and how to use them to attract and engage candidates
  • Must have strong digital skills and know how to Coordinate social media digital asset production (graphics, video, etc.) with Graphic Design & Multimedia Specialists.
  • Strong communication skills and professionalism with individuals inside and outside the organization
  •  Must have the ability to work independently and achieve individual/team goals
  •  Еxcellent verbal and written English
