As part of a global expansion strategy, the company has set up a key Sofia technology team of Software Architects, Software Developers, QA Engineers, Project Managers, and Technical Support Specialists. To support this strategy, we are currently looking for talented people for the role of:
HR Business Partner
Main responsibilities:
Supports development and delivery of the local HR plan and leads the communication, implementation, and measurement of key people initiatives for an employee-oriented and high-performance culture.
- Ensures that our people practices are effective in embedding and reinforcing our values and that we develop our leaders to be strong ambassadors of the values.
- Mobilizes commitment and accountability for employee engagement through senior managers and acts as a support and advisor for line leaders in the area of Employee engagement.
- Champions a more diverse workplace by acting on HR initiatives that will drive change.
- Manages the process of ensuring a healthy and safe environment.
- Ensures the Performance development practice is fit and the Management Team is fully supported.
- Drives career development initiatives that best support our talents and business objectives.
- Supports less experienced HR team members where relevant.
- Works in close collaboration with Talent Acquisition and Talent Development colleagues/teams during the full employee lifecycle
Main requirements and factors of success:
- At least 6 years in a professional HR role.
- High level of confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Very strong HR domain knowledge in at least 2 areas outside recruitment.
- Strong time management skills, ability to multitask.
- Proven hands-on experience with Local labor law application.
- Proficiency in MS Office package, incl. MS Excel.
- Experience with home office work as well as with mixed teams.

- Honest and open interpersonal and communication skills. Able to develop and manage relationships across the company and with a variety of partners based on trust, teamwork, and knowledge.
- Positive leader, open to learn and develop.
