Life as a Senior SAP accountant at Merkle

Your responsibilities

• Accounting: operational accounting, special focus on debtors and creditors.
• Tax: creation of VAT drafts and coordination with the internal taxation team.
• Reporting: Supporting the creation of monthly-, quarterly- and year closing reports according to HBG and IFRS.
• Development: supporting upgrades and amendments of SAP.
• Daily Business: Account reconciliation and clarification, processing of invoices, support ad-hoc analysis and processing diverse requests of payment runs.

What we are looking for in you

• 4+ years experience in accounting and advanced SAP knowledge.
• Advanced analytical thinking and affinity for numbers.
• Fluent German and English (spoken and written).
• Advanced knowledge of MS office (especially Excel).
• Self-motivated and proactive, good communicator, high engagement and results oriented.
