Job Description:

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the strategy and tactical execution for advancing our internal facing clean-room applications. In this position, you will bring a mix of strong product management experience that includes a keen attention to detail, innovative problem solving and creative solutioning, exceptional execution skills, and the ability to define and deliver working software that advances a compelling vision.

The Senior Product Manager should have a history of leading successful internal facing product development initiatives in a highly iterative collaboration between engineering and internal users.  You will foster cross-functional and cross-team collaboration and consistency by working closely with engineering, analytics, media, data management, and executive leadership to develop and deliver product strategy, navigate competing priorities, and build a best-in-class experience in a fast-paced agile environment.

  • Lead the team that defines and builds new clean-room applications
  • Provide product management leadership for internal stakeholders, product owners, internal users, and the development team
  • With the product owner, define and manage the product, delivery of goals, the agile process, and the quarterly strategy
  • Conduct, manage, and mentor the team on agile methodologies
  • Understand the ‘why’ behind feature requests; aggregate and articulate those as guiding strategic product opportunities
  • Elicit and gather product requirements
  • Translate requirements into agile epics and user stories, with measurable and testable acceptance criteria
  • Run and manage the Agile scrum process, including daily standups, planning meetings, sprints, demos, and retrospectives
  • With the Product Owner, determine each quarter’s strategic goals, prioritize the backlog, and manage the iterative directional roadmap based on business value and needs
  • Work hand-in-hand with the engineering lead to build sprint plans that meet business goals and strategic initiatives
  • Regularly communicate progress to the senior management and our stakeholders
  • Develop and deliver quarterly business review and product stakeholder presentations
  • Bridge the gap between customer success and engineering to ensure existing solutions continuously
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years running agile scrum projects and teams
  • 3+ years as a Product Manager working directly with stakeholders: customers, end-users, clients, executives, product owners, etc.
  • 2+ years of working in/with software development teams
  • Experience managing an engineering team, running the SDLC
  • Must have experience working with data and understanding data consumption needs.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based architecture; knowledge of clean-rooms is a strong plus
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, especially describing complex concepts with simple, plain-language examples
  • A sense of humor
  • A self-starter, entrepreneurial spirit and a positive attitude

Understanding AWS, Snowflake, and cloud-based architectures and systems
