Job Description:

Role Purpose

The CDP Delivery Lead is responsible for leading the strategy and planning process, working with a cross-functional team of marketers, product managers, and program leaders responsible for designing customer engagement strategies driven by data, analytics, and technology. The Delivery Lead is someone who will champion a progressive approach to what's possible with consumer experiences and the experiences brands should aspire to provide for consumers. You will represent the value of our Client’s investment in CDP.

Key Responsibilities

Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Support Client’s integration requirements gathering including functional and technical integration requirements
  • Facilitate design sessions with functional and technical team across Client enterprise and external partners
  • Ensures team delivers logical strategic recommendations based on a clear understanding of brand objectives, consumer insights and customer engagement goals
  • Manages the delivery of use cases aligned to Client roadmap
  • Actively drives technical solution for the Client’s CDP. This candidate will be expected to present options/considerations with respect to optimal methods to deliver against a relevant and measurable customer journey within the Client CDP Platform and with other platforms and services as required. Solutions demonstrate balance business value and risk.
  • Support business to identify cross-functional impact and dependencies and recommend integration tool and methodology.
  • Evaluating the results of the integration projects and preparing reports for the same
  • Develop and test integration code and services to meet business requirements
  • Work with the analysts, system designers, and business owners to lead in the integration testing phase
  • Communicate with the application developers throughout the enterprise to address any problem in the integration logic
  • Guide, support, monitor, troubleshoot and fix integrations to support business after go-live
  • Train employees and vendors on integration practices and features
  • Drive innovation and thought leadership agenda to drive modern solutions for our stakeholders
  • Create roadmaps to guide execution of programs and initiatives
  • Work with analytics and research teams to identify/apply learnings and the martech team to define innovative go-to-market strategies
  • Write and deliver strategies and POV's as well as oversee the translation of these strategies into final use case plans
  • Work collaboratively across Client and agency organizations, building trusted relationships and cross-functional teams
  • Maintain appropriate controls and documentation to ensure compliance of audit and privacy requirements
  • Apply your experience to elevate strategic thinking across teams
  • Stay on top of emerging trends and software for customer-centric digital experience personalization
  • Continued efforts to mature your competencies and skill sets related to experience personalization at scale
  • Stay abreast of industry technology innovations, new business practices, and third-party technology solutions.
  • Help us continuously improve by identifying, creating, and enhancing internal systems and processes based on recurring client requests or evolving industry standards.
Qualifications:

Key Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years implementing enterprise class integration patterns using ESB, iPaaS, Microservices and ETL tools
  • Expert in Kafka and API Management frameworks
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms like Azure, AWS and Google Cloud
  • Extensive knowledge about even driven systems, schema, orchestration, mapping, and ESB exception handling
  • Expert in database engineering using Oracle and SQL development
  • Knowledge about various architectures and protocols such as MOM, XSLT, SOA, EDI, REST, XML, FTP, WSDL, and SOAP
  • Expert knowledge about secure transmissions, digital certificated, and PKI
  • Strong experience with data architecture and application architecture
  • Expert in micro-services architecture, RESTful API services
  • Understanding of security best practices

The anticipated salary range for this position is $136,000 - $210,000. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.  Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.
