Understand the business of Ugam
o Understand and identify the business issues / requirements and create a detailed Functional Requirement Document/Gap document.
o Develop a prototype / framework that meet requirements and address the business issue.
o Work with the technical team on the requirements, address and resolve all doubts/queries of the developer / tester. As and when required, check with clients and seek clarity.
o Ensure smooth deployment of the solution and conduct trainings for end users as and when required.
o Post project completion; seek for feedback from clients/project stakeholders.
o Execute projects as per requirements following guidelines and deploying the tools/systems as applicable
o Adhere to procedures like communication protocols, operational practices / procedures, Information security practices, attendance procedures, etc.
o Participate and contribute in review meetings.
o Assist the supervisor in tasks / assignments like developing / executing new procedures / processes, diagnosis of problem / client issues, etc.
o Work with Vendors as and when required for project
Mandatory: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Project management tool like Jira, Writing use cases, Creating FRD, Hands-on knowledge on systems like D365 (Finance ERP)/WorkDay (HR) /SalesForce (CRM)/P2P
- Preferred: Basic knowledge of MS SQL, Business Intelligence tools like Tableau/PowerBI, Pentaho, Automation tools like Power Automate
