Position Summary

In the Creative Production Manager role, you will be responsible for the planning and management of projects, including timelines and budgets.  As the key point of contact for Operations, you will act as the project communications hub, and facilitates the connection to identify solutions and gain alignment with partners. You will organize and lead weekly team meetings with Vendors & Clients, set deadlines, prioritize tasks and continually identify next steps; as well as provide recaps to relevant partners. You will need to seamlessly communicate risks and opportunities to partners and stakeholder with a solution-oriented approach and create and plan for contingencies as needed. In addition, you will oversee the development of various products and ensure the upmost quality for the client.

Job Description:

In Your Role, You Are (Accountable for):

  • Planning & Management of project budgets.
  • Day to Day communication management between Client, Vendor, Category & Agency.
  • Driving clarity around the brief and brief process with clients. Partnering with Sr. Creative Director to determine Packaging Project Priorities.
  • Continuously apprising Studio Director of project status, changes, issues, budget spend, etc.
  • Establishing & continuously evaluating ongoing organizational framework for sustainability and growth.
  • Planning, tracking and executing all photo shoots between client, Studio and Design firm.
  • Establishing standards and guidelines for packaging standards evaluation.
  • Working closely with cross functional teams to optimize for cost, lead time, quality, standardization, and compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal requirements.
  • Specifying and recommending efficiency tools and test methods.
  • Overseeing comprehensive test plans with internal and external partners to ensure that projects and products exceed customer specifications.
  • Overseeing and managing complete development process, including the creation of various designs, prototype development, and performance testing.
  • Troubleshooting new and existing problems involving designs, materials and processes and provide creative, timely, and cost-effective solutions

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of related experience
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong strategic relationships with internal and external partners to ensure deliverables within project scope
  • Experience in managing vendors and contract negotiation, as well as Project Statements of Work, estimates and executions of end to end PO/Invoice/Change Orders
  • Ability to identify and implement cost saving and sustainability initiatives
  • Proved record of working closely with a variety of cross-functional partners
