The Pega Marketing Systems Architect is responsible for architecting, designing and developing omni-channel decisioning solutions using Pega Marketing.
The ideal candidate will develop solutions based in client business requirements or modify current solutions to meet changing needs and have a wide range of marketing automation experience in many industries.
� Responsible for driving design and development for omni-channel decisioning solutions using Pega Marketing.
� Leads and provides support to every member of the development team.
� Ensures delivered work meets technical, functional, performance and business requirements.
� Utilizes best practices and technical experience to deliver optimized solutions.
� Works in conjunction with the Project Manager to size requirements, manage scope and risk.
� Provides timely status updates and flags any blockers or delays to project team.
� Executes tier 3 troubleshooting solutions.
� Liaises with external organizations where required.
� Contributes positively to the team environment to allow individual and team goals to be met.
� Facilitates strong communication channels between the team and key IT and business contacts.
� Follows written system procedures and policies in the execution of assigned duties.
� Collaborates with team members in evaluating existing processes and creating new processes when required.
� Provides sales support as an expert in their product area as needed.
� Provides support to marketing for the production of collateral to deepen understanding and trends of the market.
- BE/B.Tech, ME/MTech (Computer Science)
- Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline, preferably Mathematics/Statistics or similar will be an added advantage
� Excellent communication skills. Clear and concise writing and verbal skills are crucial to the ability to obtain and disseminate information. Ability to summarize into high-level themes.
� Provides timely feedback and responses to all, especially clients. Represents company in a professional and positive manner.
