Job purpose
This is an operate role working on UNICA marketing platform / other Marketing Automation Platforms
You will be responsible for creating and maintaining customer journeys as part of our marketing
automation programs. This includes journey design and configuration, audience segmentation and
data interrogation.
Role and Responsibilities
• Plan, build and execute cross-channel communications, campaigns, and nurture
programs in a flexible and timely manner
• Manage set-up and configuration of data-driven campaigns ensuring deliverability
• Provide a problem solving and ‘point of escalation’ support function
• Working with stakeholders create and implement test strategies, including A/B multivariant testing that maximise conversions
• Other duties, as may from time to time be required, as commensurate with the role and
the needs of the business.
• Understanding of HTML and CSS for email deployment is a plus
• Oversee campaigns from creation to analysis and reporting
• Keen eye and aptitude for troubleshooting with solutions led approach
• Understand workflow processes and systems within a marketing/sales cycle
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and presentation
• Must thrive in a fast paced, iterative, deadline driven environment
• Provide training and documentation for new and existing users
• Solid knowledge of email best practices and compliance
