We're looking for an experienced Marketing Automation Specialist ideally with knowledge of
Salesforce Marketing Cloud to join the Martech - CRM team.
You should be someone who’s passionate about marketing and providing a first-class customer experience that can engage our customers, drives revenue, and builds brand loyalty.
You must possess a strong understanding of email marketing principles, triggered campaigns, email testing and optimising performance.

Job purpose
This is a technical role working with our automated marketing platform – Salesforce Marketing Cloud / other Marketing Automation Platforms.
You will be responsible for creating and maintaining customer journeys as part of our marketing automation programs. This includes journey design and configuration, audience segmentation and data interrogation.
Role and Responsibilities
• Plan, build and execute cross-channel communications, campaigns, and nurture
programs in a flexible and timely manner
• Manage set-up and configuration of data-driven campaigns ensuring deliverability
• Provide a problem solving and ‘point of escalation’ technical support function
• Working with stakeholders create and implement test strategies, including A/B multivariant testing that maximize conversions
• Solid technical skills and expertise with HTML and CSS optimized for email deployment
• Oversee campaigns from creation to analysis and reporting
• Keen eye and aptitude for troubleshooting with solutions led approach
• Understand workflow processes and systems within a marketing/sales cycle
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and presentation
• Must thrive in a fast paced, iterative, deadline driven environment
• Provide training and documentation for new and existing users
• Solid knowledge of email best practices and compliance
• Other duties, as may from time to time be required, as commensurate with the role and
the needs of the business.
