Job Description:
  • Program manage global learning iniatives driven by the Learning team, including stakeholder management, content creator management, project planning, test strategy, launch strategy, and communications plan.
  • Assist with content creation, testing, curricula development and administration in the Learning Management System as needed for global programs managed by the team.
  • Build and manage learning project plans to launch global, multi-lingual, learning programs
  • Collaborate on job aids/resources as needed for programs.
  • Clearly communicate, and manage to, project timelines, risks, issues to key stakeholders
  • Drive certifications for Alliance Partner offerings (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce, Google and others), including targeting individuals through collaboration with Service Lines and Talent Development Partners
  • Consolidate and report on certification levels across Alliance Partners
  • Own relationships with Alliance Partners to push training-related content and updates to targeted teams
  • Provide daily direction to local learning operations shared service team members
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience creating and leading global programs throughout the program lifecycle
  • Demonstrates the ability to multi-task and balance multiple ongoing projects with specified timelines while simultaneously meeting aggressive deadlines. 
  • Working knowledge of learning management systems, preferably Cornerstone and HR systems, preferably Workday. 
  • Working knowledge of learning content creation software, preferably Articulate, Adobe Captivate, easygenerator, et al.
  • Working knowledge of creative media software like Powtoons, Adobe Photoshop, et al.
  • Experience in collaborating with global teams and clients to manage expectations
  • Experience in learning content, language translations and platform vendor management
  • Excellent English-language verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, superior organizational skills. 
  • Process driven, with strong project management skills: ability to effectively prioritize, execute tasks, and handle a range of projects simultaneously within a high-pressure, dynamic environment.
  • Must be proactive, a self-starter with ability to think independently and work autonomously when necessary and a desire to succeed among fellow professionals.
  • Experience managing large global training programs preferred, minimum 1 year project management experience and learning & development team experience.
