Job Description:

The Commercial Integration Lead will be important to the success of the business, partnering with the market CEO and project sponsor designing and activating the commercial integration strategy. You will provide value creation, focusing on growth including revenue synergies, implementing the combined Go To Market strategy, integrating sales operations and teams, ensuring the right re-organisation of the front lines and driving the successful rebranding into one of the dentsu brands.

The Commercial Integration Lead will also contribute by partnering with the M&A Integration lead and team to lead the commercial integration implementations following M&A activity.

You will work on specific acquisition integration program(s), operating as an important member of the CXM integration team, focusing on the commercial work-stream (partnering with Marketing, Growth, Alliances and our Client Services team).

Main accountabilities include:

  • Engage dentsu's global M&A partners to guide understanding, agreement and ownership of the commercial framework, including with the following team members:
    • Principal Sponsor, usually Brand CEO or/and market CEO
    • Business Leaders
    • Operations
  • Work with the Global M&A Project Director or Program Manager to lead the commercial work-stream and understand dependencies with other teams and work-streams
  • Provide commercial input(s) in the acquisition integration plan, and lead the delivery of the commercial activities, including risk and issue management.
  • Responsible for status reporting across all commercial work-streams, and providing updates to governance forums
  • Develop important relationships across the business work-streams and be seen as a trusted partner for all commercial integrations.

You will also partner with dentsu M&A to revamp the dentsu international commercial M&A integration framework and methodology, aligning with the DI M&A integration framework and methodology.

Qualifications:
  • Experience managing an agency, with opportunity to contract, and contract to cash management
  • Experience in integration projects, where you were responsible for delivery
  • Demonstrate C-suite relationships and partner with multiple levels of the business leaders
  • Experience operating within complex global organizations
  • Deep experience conducting and delivering transformation activities including planning, team member management.
  • Present complex concepts, risks and strategies to senior management in business terms, while being able to discuss detailed technical aspects with experts in the business
  • Collaborate with multiple levels of the business leaders to refine processes and work towards resolution of challenges, constraints, and roadblocks and leading innovation across operation
  • Excellent change management skills
  • Program Management experience leading teams
  • Structure a program of work with work-streams, markets and teams
  • Resolve complex operational and commercial issues
  • Meet deadlines
  • Run workshops and gain agreement on next steps
  • Advanced Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
  • Powerpoint Skills

Additional Information:

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $136,000 - $210,000. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
