Lead Adobe Experience Manager Developer

As a Lead Adobe AEM Developer, you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, which includes technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment, and support of applications developed for our clients. As a member working in a team environment, you will work with solution architects and developers on the interpretation/translation of wireframes and creative designs into functional requirements and, subsequently, into technical design. You will play a vital role in developing, designing, testing, and deploying Adobe Experience Management Web and Mobile solutions. You will work closely with developers, system administrators, project managers, business analysts, and end users to build websites for our clients.
- Work with BAs, Designers, Engineers, and other project team members to help deliver high-quality design and strategic outcomes.
- Be a lead and escalation point for other developers on projects, including solutions, sprint planning, ticket delegation, code review, and guidance.
- Assess design direction/requirements for feasibility and possible implementation and performance issues.
- Maintain design integrity across different screens, devices, and CMS use cases.
- Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, including support/sustenance of web-based applications/properties.
- Mentor existing/new team members with delivery processes, project-based findings, and support.
- 7+ years of demonstrated professional front-end experience.
- 5+ years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager.
- Collaborate across teams with managers, peers, and partners.
- Experience leading associate and mid-level developers on projects.
- Have experience collaborating with non-technical and technical partners.
- Knowledge of website performance considerations and performance tooling.
- Understanding of accessibility and WCAG standards.
- Adobe AEM certifications are beneficial but not required.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $94,000 - 146,000. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
