Project Management Officer (PMO)

Job Description:

Your main goal in this position is to make the life of Program/Project Managers, Management and C-level layers easier.  You will be supporting them with PMO processes related to time tracking, invoicing, generating, and presenting key business metrics. You will be responsible for the optimization and automatization of the work in scope to make Merkle more efficient in its operational tasks. You are expected to lead the transformation of the PMO processes to new systems and ways of working. You will know you are successful when the key company stakeholders want to be best friends with you.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in new process definition based on specific business needs;
  • Ability to work in undefined environment and achieve business goals;
  • Experience leading business process transformations;
  •  Ability to interact on a professional level with a range of company C-level, including senior stakeholders and facilitate meetings involving them
  • Strong mathematical and excel skills;
  • Knowledgeable in financial terms and principles;
  • Knowledgeable in contractual frameworks - MSA, SOW, Change Request, Purchase orders;
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written English;
