Job Description:

You will be the trusted advisor to the Danish organization, building strong partnerships and acting as a confidante, coach, and constructive challenger to all stakeholders. You will support development and delivery of HR strategy and lead the communication, implementation and measurement of key people initiatives and programs within the organization, to support a vibrant, fast-paced, and high-performance culture.

You will partner closely with the HR expert network in dentsu and are also expected to be performing expert responsibilities hands on, as well as work in alignment with the overall dentsu Denmark HR strategy, global policies, and procedures.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Deliver highly effective and trusted sparring to leaders
  • Transform business strategy and objectives into tangible HR plans and activities
  • Support, guide and coach business leadership teams and managers individually
  • Ensure availability and development of people capabilities in close collaboration with leaders
  • Take a leading role as HR contributor in the business as well as being a team player in the HR team   
  • Provide individual performance and development support.
  • Drive functional and local HR initiatives
  • Be a partner to the business leaders in securing a diverse and engaged workforce
  • Minimum 6 years of experience from a global matrix organization with highly skilled employees
  • You are proactive by nature and are someone who thrives on driving things forward
  • You are a strong and pragmatic executor
  • It is second nature to you to bridge opinions by demonstrating excellent cultural understanding
  • You thrive on establishing collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders to deliver against global HR strategies and objectives
  • You have a high personal integrity, which allows you to offer your perspective respectfully
  • You are a good colleague and a team player
  • Being fluent in English is a must
  • You have a relevant Master’s degree
