Job Description:

Evaluate client needs for quantitative analysis. Articulate relevant solutions based on requirements. Anticipate project risk and constraints and proactively work on solutions to address the risk/constraints; Coordinate and manage data collection with clients, internal stakeholders, and junior analysts; Develop reports and processes to manage data quality control; Supervise and, as needed, conduct modeling of client data, often in compressed timelines. Interpret and visualize model estimates and diagnostic; Support client and media teams to deliver insights on model results and recommendations; Drive process innovation and continuous improvement; Daily coaching and mentoring of team of lead analytical consultants and junior analysts; and participate in business development efforts to represent analytic capabilities and drive new business growth.

Qualifications:
  • Must have experience with the following in order to complete the above-mentioned tasks:
  • Experience with web analytics data and reporting, including GA360 and Adobe;
  • Experience with extracting and analyzing data from digital media platforms, including Facebook, DV360, CM360, SA360, and Google Ads; Experience with optimizing digital media channels (mobile, social, search), offline channels including linear TV, addressable TV, and direct mail;
  • Experience with applying regression analysis and econometrics methods to deliver marketing media mix models
  • Experience with multi-touch attribution modeling; Knowledge of time series analysis and machine learning techniques;
  • Experience building and managing analytics solutions on cloud infrastructure (GCP);
  • Experience using SQL tools to work with cloud-native data warehouses (Snowflake and BigQuery);
  • Experience using both Python and R to analyze data, build and validate models, and deliver insights;
  • Experience using Tableau Server dashboards to deliver reporting solutions; Ability to use command line interfaces; and
  • Ability to use version control tools (Git).

Requires a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or related quantitative field and at least three (3) years of experience as a Data Analyst or related occupation.

Itinerant employment - employee may be required to work at various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Option to work from home.
