Job Description:

The Growth Direction Office (GDO) is the foundation for all activities across our client and account management processes. The team is vital in proactively supporting our client directors to ensure we effectively manage our clients and provide backend assistance to drive growth. The GDO is an innovative and forward-thinking group, constantly looking for ways to optimize processes and improve teamwork.  

The core responsibilities of the GDO coordinator are to provide support across our Growth Direction team. They will manage the day-to-day activities such as supporting commercial tasks (invoicing, reporting) and providing guidance for processes and policies. The GDO coordinator will also work across our resourcing teams to ensure our project teams are staffed optimally. An essential skill will be collaborating with other department leaders and developing relationships to improve GDO processes. All members of the GDO need to be self-sufficient, enjoy solving problems, and have a passion for improving the way we do things.
