Project SEO Coordinator

Job Description:

We are looking for an Project SEO Coordinator to join our talented & passionate SEO team.

Reporting to our SEO Project Manager, the successful candidate will have a fantastic opportunity to accelerate their career by working on well-known global brands as an extension of our UK-based team.

In your day-to-day, we will see you:

  • Resourcing a large volume of incoming SEO requests across 5 regional hubs and 70+ markets considering internal allocation, client budgets, and team skillset
  • Coordinating work that involves different levels of resources and stakeholders
  • Ensuring SLAs are met by making sure resources are running on time and projects are running to budget
  • Ability to deal with changes to projects as and when necessary, in a timely manner
  • Sending weekly time-tracking and finance reports externally to the client contact
  • Sending weekly pacing reports internally to the internal client account team
  • Coordinating biweekly project status reports being sent to the client
  • Creating SoW and Intercompany Agreements
  • Invoicing client monthly and resolving any billing issues with the client
  • Liaising with partner contacts to resolve monthly billing and billing issues
  • Support the wider team when preparing client presentations such as quarterly business reviews (reporting SLA compliance)
  • Ability to identify and plan for potential risks in projects
  • Ability to spot process improvements that could increase efficiencies
  • Handling budget rework conversations and forecasting budgets needed for future projects

What we are looking for in you

  • Fluent level in verbal and written English
  • Some previous hands-on SEO experience – useful to have the context of SEO for this role
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving – must have the ability to problem solve on the go
  • Effective communication across all key stakeholders
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Skillful negotiator to keep all stakeholders content and working towards a unified goal
  • Attention to detail – must be able to spot errors in reporting
  • Highly motivated and ambitious
  • Self-starter, highly organized, and motivated to hit targets & deadlines


Nice to haves:

  • Additional language is nice to have e.g. French, German Spanish, Russian
  • Previous experience working for Enterprise clients or clients in restricted industries is a bonus
  • Experience working in collaboration with other digital marketing teams is a bonus (e.g. Paid Search, CRO, Digital Experience)
