As an Associate Digital Media Director, you will be a team leader. You will be responsible for development of management and measurement frameworks to steer and monitor program progress and success. You will be the digital media SME for company partners/client partners and the point of contact for disciplines (SEM, SEO, Strategy, Analytics, Creative, etc.). You will be a part of an experienced, fast-growing department focused on changing digital media planning and buying, in the context of a multi-channel data-driven approach.
Mastery of all campaign management, planning, and optimization functional responsibilities
Meet functional responsibilities in a strategic and self-guided manner on high volume of accounts
Develop a management and measurement framework to steer and monitor program progress and success
Review and monitor revenue and margins
Proactively devise and push new concepts to manage and grow your client's media program including analytics, strategy, and other Merkle capabilities
6+ year's experience within digital media agency function and/or digital media vendor/ad technology platform
Proficiency with digital media strategy and plan development
Well-versed in the Microsoft Office suite specifically, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience managing people and teams - must be passionate about Career Advocacy for direct reports
High level of accuracy and attention to detail, keen problem-solving, delegation and prioritization abilities
Cross discipline coordination and management

The anticipated salary range for this position is $94,000-$146,000. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
