Role Description:

Lead large IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services
Review project requirements and execute projects as per requirements following guidelines and deploying the tools/systems as applicable.
Conducting regular system audits
Providing direction for IT team members
Designing training programs and workshops for staff
Track and maintain hardware and software inventory
Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software
Coordinate with hardware and application support vendors for day-to-day issues
Escalate support issues appropriately at the right time
Adhere to 24x7 shifts
Participate in Budget exercise
Follow work allocation schedule and project plan.
Adhere to procedures like communication protocols, operational practices / procedures, Information security practices, attendance procedures, etc.
Participate and contribute to review meetings.
Meet / exceed internal partner/client requirements
Assist team in tasks / assignments like developing / executing new procedures / processes, diagnosis of problem / client issues, etc. PEOPLE
Guide and assist team members so that they can perform better / as per the business objectives.
Ensure that team members adhere to all processes and procedures.
Ensure employees are highly motivated and have a high morale.
Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement CORPORATE ALIGNMENT
Ensure discipline, professional work ethic and collaborative, productive work relationships within the company.

What are we looking for?

Atleast 4-7 years of team leading experience

Good communication skills

Work in client specific time zones (PST, EST, CST, GMT) is possible

Some travel (national/international) may be required

Should be willing to take short / long term transfers across different geographies and/or roles
