Role Description:

Managing Datacenter uptime.
Managing Active Directory, VMWare Enterprise, NetBackup.
Managing support calls as per defined SLA, point of contact for escalations.
Creation of technical SOPs and giving internal trainings.
Review operational / project requirements and execute the same
Participate hands-on with project pilots

Key Responsibilities:
