Sr. Manager - Performance Marketing (Ref. Code. IDC -2021)
Merkle-Sokrati, a leader in Paid Search & Social Advertising, provides a sophisticated technology solution to efficiently manage Digital Marketing campaigns for several large brand clients in India. The platform deals with 20M+ impressions per day, real-time optimization algorithms, a scalable & intuitive analytics platform and more – all developed in-house. We are currently a 750+ people team, and growing extremely fast to gain more market share and roll out even cooler technology solutions in Digital Advertising space.
- More than 10 years experience in SEM or cross-channel performance marketing
- Must have experience in Client Management with multiple accounts
- Should have handled a team of 15+ leads
- Operations and process management for all channels
- Streamline processes for all channels
- Working with SMEs
- Running analysis, data cleansing - on staff, account profitability, etc.
- Record keeping - being involved in partnerships with clients, platforms. E.g. LinkedIn
- Accessing the platforms and tools efficiency and recommending new platforms
- Resource management
- Plan, lead and monitor quarterly business reviews
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 10+ years of experience in the digital media industry. Agency experience is a must.
- Ability to drive strategic discussion with senior client stakeholders.
- Have an excellent understanding of online media strategy, planning, implementation, and optimizations
- Have strong analytical skills and ability to relate results to Campaigns Performance objectives, providing a basis for measurement of the digital activities
- Have outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify, and resolve problems
- Have proven experience managing a large team and a fast growing business.
