Role Description:

Support and spearhead the engagement with key accounts. Track and analyse market intelligence and identify opportunities for growth. Work closely with the sales team and build business plans. Understand client�s needs and translate those into business proposals along with the delivery team. Liaison with the internal and external stakeholders periodically.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research and gather market intelligence, strategic analysis, and proposition development to increase business opportunities
- Operate as the single point of contact for all matters specific to the assigned client accounts
- Work on RFPs (request for proposals), build proposals, develop and implement business solutions for clients
- Build business plan with projected volume, revenues, and simulated P&Ls to present a business case to the stakeholders
- Forecast and track key account metrics; meet and exceed revenue targets
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

MBA in Marketing or equivalent

Additional Information:

What are we looking for?

- 5-8 years of relevant experience in analytics consulting and professional services
- 3-5 years of experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- 3-5 years of experience building proposals, RFPs, and leading Proof of Concepts (POC)
- Experience in account mining, cross-selling, and upselling the service offerings in a consulting set-up
- Experience in growing and maintaining the client relationship and the related revenue
- A good understanding of various business segments like Analytics, Research, Technology, Content, and DPCS
- (Preferred) Experience in managing a group of US based clients/accounts; experience working in retail sector and pricing solutions
