Merkle Appoints Paul Evers as Chief Client Officer for Merkle Americas

Merkle (www.merkle.com), a leading technology-enabled, data-driven customer experience management (CXM) company, has appointed Paul Evers to the newly created position of chief client officer for Merkle Americas. In this role, Evers will oversee Merkle’s Client Leadership Group and elevate Merkle’s integrated client management approach to deliver on the full value of Merkle’s CXM capabilities.

As chief client officer (CCO), Evers will lead Merkle’s client teams to provide world-class service and continue to position Merkle as a leader in customer experience transformation. Evers will work across dentsu to expand on existing Merkle/CXM client relationships within the Creative and Media service lines.

Evers has spent a decade developing a platform of growth through the integration of services against client objectives and building a strong reputation for Merkle in the financial services space. Now, as CCO, Evers will elevate client relationships to the executive level with a focus on helping world class brands drive transformational change.
