New Hires Reflect Momentum in Promotions & Loyalty Solutions and Consumer Engagement

Based in Chicago and New York, recognized industry leaders Rami El-Zeini, Patricia Kinkead, and Kris Persons will each serve as Vice President, Client Leader, further strengthening the HelloWorld Client Services Group.
Through the combined strengths of HelloWorld and Merkle’s people-based marketing solutions, the Company improves the consumer experience and elevates brand loyalty through consumer identification, acquisition, and retention. To build on the momentum of HelloWorld’s acquisition by Merkle in January 2018, which has fueled growth in loyalty strategy, technology, and engagement services, El-Zeini, Kinkead and Persons will lead senior client partnerships across key industry sectors.
El-Zeini led the charge for client development and customer success at Aimia Inc, where he gained deep enterprise loyalty marketing expertise across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America. Kinkead brings extensive experience as a CPG marketer who has operationalized innovative, award-winning marketing strategies, delivering customer and revenue impact for companies such as Epsilon and Catapult Marketing. Persons joins the team from Epsilon and Conversant, where she led 1:1 performance marketing through data-driven customer acquisition and personalized loyalty program management.
