• About the Role:
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Sales Intern to join our Geneva-based sales team. This internship offers the opportunity to gain real-world experience in a collaborative and multilingual environment, with a strong focus on lead generation, CRM management, pipeline hygiene, and sales strategy support.
You'll work closely with our local sales and marketing teams, supporting day-to-day activities and gaining valuable exposure to sales operations, market analysis, and account strategy. • Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Appointment Booking: Identify prospects, support outreach, and help schedule sales meetings.
Pipeline Hygiene: Maintain data accuracy and ensure the CRM reflects current opportunities.
CRM Database Maintenance: Clean and update contact records, accounts, and lead status.
Reports & Dashboards: Build and maintain dashboards to track sales KPIs and team performance.
Market & Competitor Analysis: Research industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
Webinar Support & Event Coordination: Collaborate with marketing to segment accounts/contacts, invite participants, and track engagement.
Sales Support: Assist in preparing materials, presentations, and follow-ups for client engagements.
• Account Strategy Support:
Deep-dive analysis for Tier 1 accounts with sales reps
Take ownership of Tier 2 accounts under supervision
Commission Support: Help gather and verify data related to sales commissions.
What We’re Looking For:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills in English (German and French are a plus)
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot )
Comfortable working with data and dashboards
Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a can-do attitude and a customer-first mindset

This is an internship for 6 months in Geneva, with our local Sales Manager leading you.
Here are some of exciting tasks awaiting you:
- Account Strategy Research: Deep-dive analysis for Tier 1 accounts with sales reps.
- Market & Competitor Insights: Dive into industry trends and competitor moves to help us spot new opportunities.
