Job Description:

•Deliver strategic and commercial solutions for our direct business, Build client relationships and deepen the relationship to ensure retention and growth.

•Influence full delivery team to deliver outstanding service and Quality. Lead certain projects, serving as a single contact, responsible for project plan creation and end-to-end execution of the project life cycle, ensuring full integration of team and offerings, quality control, and communicating any risks or escalations

•Immerse self in clients' business: understanding their challenges, goals, external economic environment, markets they operate in, competitive threats and partner agencies; know their business model, how it is performing and what success is; know client's products inside out and applies this knowledge to deliver creative client plans and service

•Use account plans to stimulate and track future work; manage resources. Understand client commercial framework and work with senior leadership to ensure business is run profitably

•Improve client satisfaction to expand existing revenue streams and build new ones. Translates agency strategy into thoughtful, executional business plans for own client that deliver value.

•Supervises 3-5  Account Directors and an overall span of about 800 members.

•Responsible for performance management, coaching, mentoring, disciplinary actions, motivating and developing the team.

•Coaching and mentoring delivery teams. Communicating teams’ objectives and accomplishments.
