Funding Circle wanted to improve and speed-up the existing Underwriting processes by enhancing their current Org with Salesforce Lightning console.
Utilising Salesforce Lighting Experience, they also wanted to make the platform more user-friendly for the underwriting team.
With new features and functionality, Funding Circle wanted to provide improvements and efficiencies to the Underwriting process for loan offers. This would include the ability to auto-generate documentation to speed up the turn around time for loan offer management.
Merkle worked on the configuration and customisation of a solution to be deployed with enhancements of Funding Circle’s current Salesforce console in order to speed up Underwriting Offers and Offer conditions management.
In order to meet Funding Circle’s business expectations, there would need to be a required update to the Salesforce process.
The Salesforce Sales Cloud solution was deployed with preliminary metrics suggesting 40 hours per week time-saving on Underwriting, as well as other operational efficiencies.
Improved workforce capabilities and employee experience by simplifying and automating processes within the Underwriting solution.
In addition to the above, Merkle completed the integration of Conga Composer to generate files and documentation for Underwriters to assist with customer communication to Funding Circle clients.
