Merkle (www.merkle.com), a leading technology-enabled, data-driven customer experience management (CXM) company, has been announced as Agency of the Year at the Microsoft Advertising Regional Partner Awards.
This category is awarded to the agency partner who has showcased excellence in partnership with Microsoft Advertising across the board. Merkle identified the need as an agency to pivot its approach towards client work to support their clients through uncertain circumstances. This was achieved through innovation and increased collaboration with Microsoft to deliver new client strategies and tangible results.
Merkle and Microsoft have achieved an overarching goal of growing client investment across key products, whilst ensuring Merkle employee learning alongside client satisfaction remain central to the partnership and agency ethos.
The awards will take place as a virtual ceremony on 10th February 2022, where winners will be recognised for the incredible work they’ve done in 2021.
