Merkle RMG Expands Footprint into Healthcare Arena with Dedicated Business Unit and Digital Revenue Cycle Solution

January 23, 2013
Columbia, MD

Merkle Response Management Group (www.merkleresponse.com), a subsidiary of Merkle, a leading customer relationship marketing firm and the nation’s largest privately-held agency, announced that it launched a new business unit dedicated to the healthcare industry.  The practice will expand upon Merkle RMG’s trusted response management offerings by introducing a closed-loop solution that integrates medical lockbox processing and revenue cycle management. Merkle RMG’s new division will ensure that healthcare organizations have a more efficient payment processing system that benefits the entire ecosystem of providers, payers and patients.

“The formation of the new healthcare division is a natural extension of our company’s unmatched performance in delivering solutions that allow our clients to better serve their customers,” said Bill Sayre, President of Merkle RMG. “Our new division is intended to deliver time- and cost-efficiencies by helping healthcare organizations more effectively integrate the complex data paths between payers, providers and patients.  The result is improved cash flow, reduced processing costs, and greater patient satisfaction with a simpler, yet more comprehensive and secure claims and payment processing solution.”

Medical billing is an overly complicated issue plagued with errors, manual data keying and inconsistencies. Merkle RMG’s integrated solution will speed deposits, provide faster access to payment data and lower handling costs. As a result, healthcare providers can dedicate their critical resources towards improving patient care.

“The healthcare market now demands end-to-end solutions that meet the needs of hospitals, physicians, and patients looking for complete, reliable and hassle-free payment processing,” said Sayre. “Merkle RMG’s goal is to help our healthcare clients be as responsible as their stakeholders have come to expect, and as attentive as their patients deserve.”
