Merkle RMG Elevates Bill Sayre to Chief Executive Officer

Promotion follows accomplished tenure with the company, including 325% revenue growth

Merkle, a leading technology-enabled, data-driven performance marketing agency has announced the appointment of Bill Sayre to CEO of Merkle Response Management Group (RMG), a best-in-class processing, data, and technology provider focusing on the nonprofit, government, and commercial sectors. Sayre previously held the role of president and has played a substantial part in leading Merkle RMG with consistent growth, increasing profitability, and long-term retention of customers. Based in Hagerstown, Maryland, Sayre reports directly to David Williams, chairman and CEO of Merkle.

Since joining Merkle RMG in 2001, Sayre has achieved a detailed understanding of the nonprofit business, focusing on key areas like technology investments, client satisfaction, and product innovation. Under his leadership as president, Sayre helped grow the company to more than 640 employees and build a portfolio of more than 200 clients.

Strategic planning and client relationships will be key focuses for Sayre in 2020 and beyond, as the company continues to expand.
