Merkle, a leading technology-enabled, data-driven customer experience management (CXM) company and part of dentsu, has been announced as the number one digital agency brand in the Danish MyImage brand power survey.
MyImage, which is conducted by MyResearch, is the one of the most extensive marketing surveys in Denmark. This year no less than 884 marketing executives participated in the survey rating their advertising, digital and media agencies.
Once again, Merkle was rated the agency with the strongest brand among all agencies – a position Merkle has held for nine years in a row, previously known under the names Isobar and Magnetix.
Jimmi Eriksen, Managing Director at Merkle Denmark, said: “MyImage is one of the most anticipated surveys each year. As it is the true voice and opinion of the market and our clients these findings are obviously very important to us. And as it’s humbling to see Merkle come out on top among such strong players in the market”.
MyResearch has conducted the MyImage survey since 2008 with a primary purpose to examine how advertising companies rate Danish agencies within advertising, digital and media. The recruitment process of the report happens via email and the CMO’s need to answer an extensive number of questions. The questions evolve around the agencies’ strategic strength, creative strength, their flexibility and agility, use of data and much more. This year, 26 advertising agencies, 14 media agencies and 24 digital agencies were rated. The Brand Power Index, which Merkle “won”, is based on two dimensions in the MyImage BrandPower model, the Brand Strength Index, and the Brand Position Index.
