Meet the Speakers

Rasmus Houlind – CXO at Agillic, author of Hello $Firstname, and founder of the Omnichannel Institute. Rasmus helps organisations use data, content, and technology to build loyalty and engagement.

Ida Söderbäck – Loyalty Manager at the Swedish Red Cross. Ida leads the development of personalised donor journeys, loyalty programs, and data-driven communication. She’s been instrumental in integrating CRM systems and automation to boost conversions and strengthen supporter loyalty. Ida and her team, were recognised for by SWEDMA in September when they won the MarTech Award 2025.
